Fall 2023  Building Code Class at Forest Park Community College

Anyone interested should register no later than Friday, August 4th, or risk having the course canceled.   

Fall 2023  Building Code Class at Forest Park Community College

Plan Review I  is scheduled to be taught beginning Tuesday, August 22, & ending December 12 at the Forest Park Campus of the St. Louis Community College 5600 Oakland Ave. 63110. 

Classes will meet every Tuesday from 5:00 – 7:35 p.m. in Room W318 in the West Wing and will be taught by Bill Walterscheid of St. Louis County Code Enforcement.  This is a “Lecture (On Campus) Course. 

The course material will cover the first eleven chapters of the 2018 I.B.C.. 

NOTE:  This is not a blueprint reading course but rather a study of the non-structural portions of the commercial building code.

Please remember:  Whenever interacting with any of the college’s staff, have your student ID number ready; aka, the “A” number.

The course is designated as BIC 203 650;  CRN 33051.  Tuition is not required to be paid at the time of registration, so please don’t wait until the last minute to register.

2023 FMAM Conference | August 16-18 | Margaritaville Lake of the Ozarks Resort

Registration is now open for our 2023 FMAM Conference!  The conference will be held August 16-18 at Margaritaville Lake of the Ozarks Resort!  And one-year membership dues are included with your registration!
