MABFO 2024 International Existing Building Code Essentials

MABFO has scheduled an upcoming training event in Columbia, MO on May 8th.

Given the number of communities with aging and historic housing stock, we thought this class would serve our members very well. It will offer ICC CEU’s and is being taught by Tim Ryan!

This is a great class for communities and design professionals looking for permitting solutions for older building stock or older downtowns.

This class is offered Virtually also and a link will be sent to registrants prior to the event date.

This seminar will introduce critical concepts of the 2024 International Existing Building Code (IEBC). It will provide a basis for the correct use and application of the code. It will build an understanding of the intent of the code through detailing basic tables, categorizations, and a case study.

As MABOI members, you are also part of MABFO (Missouri Association of Building and Fire Officials). There are 50 seats available for in-person training in Columbia, but this class is also being offered virtually.
