Dave Kasl, with St. Louis County, was recently awarded the Gerald “Jerry” Wessels Education Award from the Missouri Association of Building Officials and Inspectors (MABOI) for his years of hard work and commitment educating code enforcement personnel. He is the 4th recipient to be honored with the award since inception.
