PT Code Enforcement Officer

 

The City of Valley Park is accepting applications for a Code Enforcement Officer.  Under the supervision of the City Clerk, this position will perform a variety of technical duties in support of the City’s code enforcement program ordinances; monitors and enforces a variety of applicable ordinances, codes, and regulations related to zoning, land use, nuisance housing, building codes, health and safety, blight, graffiti, water waste, and other matters of public concern; and serves as a resource and provides information on City regulations to property owners, residents, businesses, the general public, and other City departments and divisions.    This is a part-time position with an average of thirty (30) hours per week and has a pay up to $25 per hour.  The application deadline is September 1st.
