Code Enforcement Officer: The City of Ellisville (9,133 pop.), located in western St. Louis County, Missouri, is seeking an individual to serve as Code Enforcement Officer. General duties include: Investigating complaints of violations of city codes and ordinances for residential, commercial and industrial property and enforcing compliance of the Property Maintenance, Building, Zoning, Sign and Nuisance Codes and other matters of public concern. The salary range is $37,200 – $71,000, DOQ plus excellent benefits. The Code Enforcement Officer reports to the Director of Planning and Community Development. Minimum High School Diploma required. At least two years of practical experience in code enforcement or a planning related field desired. Previous municipal experience preferred.
