Participants will be better able to understand and apply the critical concepts required to safely and efficiently design, install and inspect plumbing installations in accordance with the 2015 International Plumbing Code (IPC). Participants will benefit from understanding the core principles needed to correctly interpret and apply the code. Jim Tinner began in construction as a plumber and continued in that profession for about fourteen years before deciding on a career in building code enforcement. While working during the day and attending Seattle Central College at night he completed an Associates program in Building Construction Technology and began looking for work as a building inspector.
