Seminar:

This course will review the property maintenance code, including the updates in the 2012 and 2015 editions. Emphasis will be placed on not only the code sections, but on methods of enforcement and correction. Topics from the IRC and IBC will be discussed.

AIA Seminar: Hudson Yards Project, NYC

The AIA St. Louis Chapter / Greater St. Louis Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute / The St. Louis Building Enclosure Council will present the Hudson Yards Project, NYC on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 from 5:30 to 8:30.

Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States.  It is being built over active rail lines and subsurface tunnels on Manhattan’s West Side.

Cost is $40.
