Jared Agee was requested to a property by the police who were executing a search warrant.  He took this picture of the office of the President of “XXXXXXX Financial Group” (a venture capital company).

Editorial: The president on a phone call – “Sure, I have your paperwork.  It is right here next to me.”

Question: I have a property owner questioning the original requirement for sump pump/pit requirements for the code requirement, st.louis area/kirkwood?
Is 1989 a relevant date for sump pit requirement for basement spaces without a walkout?
Is the sump pit required by codefor a walk out sloped yard to the rear of the property?

Jared Reid had reviewed plans for an accessible ramp.  When he went out to inspect, the ramp was not (1) built to plan, and (2) anywhere close to accessible.
